We are developing a remote service of machines, which gives the possibility of tele-service in real time. Machines covered by the warranty in most models are connected to constant monitoring with full data archiving. The client can receive regular, preventive reports with a history of errors.

All requests from the service form are automatically sent to the request handling system, and service technicians work in a mobile application with full access to the machine's repair history.
