Description:

Machine for the production of CARTON PACKAGING from 3, 5 and 7-layer cardboard. The machine enables, with one passing of a cardboard sheet, to obtain a completely ready form for a cardboard FEFCO flap box. Thanks to the flexibility of the machine, it is possible to produce a large number of boxes of various dimensions in a short time, without additional investments / machines.
Autobox2 has a fast and powerful digital engine thanks to which the packages are produced with 100% accuracy.
Thanks to the built-in electronics, the machine remembers the control parameters for 1000 different boxes selected by the user.


One cycle machine ** :

  • takes a sheet from the table
  • creases the form transversely and longitudinally
  • cuts the board to the appropriate format if the board is larger
  • scoring knifes make the right cuts
  • makes holes for the so-called "handles" or for ventilation
  • cuts off the allowance of the board along its width
  • cuts the excess of the glue flap
  • flexo prints
  • outputs the finished box onto the pallet

    As such, the package is ready for stitching / gluing .

    In order to change the machine to produce a package of different dimensions, it takes about 3 - 6 min (for a manual machine) or 1 min (for an automatic machine). The operator enters the dimensions of the packaging into the computer via the touch panel.

    The machine can also be used for creasing the cardboard itself as well as for cutting it with roller knives.

    The machine makes cardboard flap packages according to FEFCO patterns: FEFCO 200, 201, 202, 203, 205, 208, 209, 230, 231, 300, 301, 306, 310, 312, 313, 320, 404, 405, 409, 411, 452, 453, 454, 455, 501, 502, 503, 504, 505, 507, 509, 512, 900, 901, 902, 903, 904, 905, 906, 907, 908, 909, 910, 911, 913, 914, 920, 921, 929, 930, 931, 933, 934, 935, 940, 970, 971, 972, 973, 974, 976.
